Mjach Designs was founded in 2003 by Melissa Lentz. We are a full service marketing firm and certified Minority, Disadvantaged, and Women’s Business Enterprise (MBE/DBE/WBE) that is committed to delivering superior customer service, marketing support and communication services based on our extensive industry knowledge. We act as a trusted extension of our clients, producing results that directly and positively impact their business objectives. Mjach Designs’ culture and philosophy is “people first.” We believe in clarity of thought, honesty of expression and always take a proactive approach. Mjach initially started as a Graphic Design company, and quickly won projects in Maryland, focusing on economic development and growth in our beautiful State.

Today, as our industry has changed greatly, so has our business focus, capabilities, and expertise. Mjach is a leader in marketing strategy in North America. Our projects are centered around holistic approaches to brand and communication. We work with our clients to research, analyze, identify, and plan their communication strategies. We understand that we need to identify areas of focus for our clients to achieve and maintain a competitive edge.

We have cultivated our team focusing on “People First,” which has resulted in a collection of wonderfully diverse and talented individuals, who bring their own unique ideas and creativity to the business. Having worked for several years with many industries, organizations, and nonprofits, “People First” has been our mission from day one and will continue to be our focus through the life of Mjach Designs. Our team has become our trademark, offering personalized and exemplary customer service throughout the company and to our clients.

Mjach’s founder, Melissa Lentz, began the business with a dream, a computer, and a lot of support from mentors and friends. When she started Mjach Designs, she did it as she does all things: with her whole heart and full commitment. While working for the State of Maryland, she envisioned a full service firm that could handle the branding and communication needs for government, small businesses, and non-profits alike, giving each client the customer service and care they deserve, while simultaneously building a team of young talent that would thrive in a creative and nurturing environment.

This passion for others and her team is also evident in her community involvement. One of Mjach’s pillars is based on Melissa’s desire to give back, and in turn these communities have supported her and Mjach.

Melissa is astute at spotting industry trends and has aptly steered Mjach Designs into the company it is today; A company that has grown and evolved into more than a graphic design firm and can service almost any industry with any need. If you ask her how and why she does it all, from her passion for fitness and real estate to mentoring, teaching, and traveling, she will tell you, “When you love what you do, there is never any question. If given a second chance, I wouldn’t change a thing.”
